General Information
Job Title: Director of Managed Service Department
Department: Managed Service Department, Huawei Russia Office.
Location: Based in Moscow, Russia

Job Summary:
– The incumbent is to report to and assist the Head of Services and Delivery for Huawei Russia.
– Especially, the incumbent is responsible for managing business development and sales engagement of Managed Services for Russia.
– The incumbent will be also closely working with the Head of Managed Services in Huawei Global Technical Service department
– The incumbent will be actively involved in determining and setting MS sales strategy in line with global MS strategy, developing and improving sales competencies and capabilities of MS teams, assessing and identifying potential MS sales opportunities, defining and articulating Huawei MS selling propositions and differentiators to key customers and internal stakeholders, and managing MS sales engagements to win potential MS deals.
– The incumbent will be managing cross functional sales engagement teams (i.e. account managers, service managers, solution managers, commercial managers, etc) within Huawei Russia organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Collect and analyze customer needs and budgets information, identify and assess MS sales opportunities and build sales pipelines for those opportunities to ensure the sales target to be met.
– Build strong C-level relationships with and develop effective MS sales strategies and tactics towards selected customers.
– Well maintain customer relationship and satisfaction to facilitate MS sales engagement and project delivery.
– Manage MS sales engagement team, facilitate and support MS field sales key activities (i.e. C-level customer presentation, executive summary, etc) during the sales cycle
– Advise MS solution team to develop viable MS business cases, and present MS commercial offers to the customer, and support Due Diligence and contract negotiation where required.
– Research, review and analyze MS market trends, business intelligence, and competition landscape, and manage marketing initiatives to improve MS sales efficiencies and effectiveness. 
– Lead and manage other key PS (Professional Service) sales engagements where required (in occasional cases) to ensure successful outcomes.
– Other duties may be assigned to management decisions.  
 
Experience/Qualifications:

1. University degree or above, MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years telecom operator or vendor experience with previous experience of selling complex service solutions to wireless & fixed operators in Russia. Proven track records in high value Managed Services sales.
3. Strong knowledge of telecom industry and its ecosystem, in-depth understanding of Managed Services marketplace and customer business drivers.
4. Exceptional business development skills with the ability to shape middle to long term strategies, develop effective sales pipeline and related tactics, and influence customer executives’ decision making.
5. Strong networking and relationship building skills with the ability to manage relationships within key stakeholders and CXO customers.
6. Outstanding communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver on-site and off-site presentations as appropriate, and lead, influence and drive complex negotiations.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects from the initial period to successful outcomes.
8. Demonstrated business acumen and financial understanding.
9. Must be a team player and posses exemplary managerial skills.

Environmental Conditions: Typical office environments, expected to undertake considerable travel in course of duties.
Reporting: The incumbent will report to the Head of Russia Service & Delivery.
