• Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of
  business systems and user needs, including workflow, program
  functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer
  programs.  Ensure that same is agreed by all stakeholders in
  the individual processes.
• Consults with SVOD personnel to determine business,
  functional and technical requirements for specified
  applications.
• Coordinates the development of all approved versions of
  business and functional specifications for specified applications.
  Reviews use cases and other technical documents with IT project
  staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in
  technical planning documents.
• Maintain a central register of all processes across the
  company as they are agreed.
• Analyzes the business unit’s activities and trends and
  compares analyses against the service standards and best practices.
  Presents findings and works with the Business Unit Managers and
  other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will
  address tactical and strategic goals.
• Analyzes trends and recommends adjustments address and/or
  capitalize on trends.
• Coordinates interaction and communication among SVOD
  personnel.
• Identifies and coordinates assignments of internal
  resources to meet SVOD’s project requirements.
• Provide input for DAA internal audit during their site
  visits and ensure that any recommendations from same are
  implemented as appropriate.
• Maintain a good working environment.

• Bilingual – Russian/English – fluency in oral and written
  English
• Proven experience in flowcharting and business process
  design
• Experienced with ERP systems, and preferably
  Navision
• Focus on exceptional customer service – internal and
  external
• Previous employment in similar role, preferably
  FMCG
• Excellent project management skills
• Well organized and ability to handle different
  requirementsMaturity
