We are looking for highly motivated people to be Customer care representative consultants for our top client, General Motors
  • Daily contact with our customers, responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence in emails in Russian
  • Efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
  • Logging all contacts and following up on action plans
  • Liaising with business partners – i.e. GM Russian retailers, field managers and internal departments to handle requests and claims
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Care sphere
  • 11-year Russian School graduate level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access applications
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Client-oriented attitude
  • Driving license is desirable
  • Communicative English – written/spoken – is desirable
  • Understanding or demonstrated interest in the automotive industry
