Oracle TechGB center is the organization that integrates
marketing, business development and sales lines of business focused
on SMB space. From organizational point of view Oracle CIS TechGB
Center is the satellite office of Oracle EE&CIS TechGB Center
located in Czech Republic, which covers over 20 countries in
Central- and Eastern Europe, South East Europe (Balkan), Turkey and


  • Develop and enforce license sales to mid-size retail,
    distribution, transportation, telco, media, IT organizations in
  • Existing Oracle accounts management and new account development
    identifying prospective customer need and pushing proper Oracle
    solutions to satisfy customer requirements
  • Driving of business development, presales activities, seminars
    for selected customers and multiple customers/partners
  • Working with and developing relationships with Oracle Alliance
    and Channel Partners in the region to drive revenue, joint
    partner-marketing campaigns
  • Driving of marketing in the region: customer database
    development and update, product marketing campaigns, advertising,
    and events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers with a
    strong involvement of partners as the main selling channel
  • Leverage sales initiatives, phone sales campaigns through
    customer database to achieve business goals
  • Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
    to Manager


  • 5 years plus sales experience in an IT environment.
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of Russia IT market
  • Solid and succesfull IT technology sales experience
  • Market knowledge
  • English is essential
  • Knowledge of Oracle’s core products, Oracle partner &
    customer environment
  • Readiness to intensively travel throughout region and sometimes
    to Moscow/abroad
  • Ability to understand and analyse the industry and market
  • Strong planning skills
  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Customer care orientation
  • Sense of responsibility for the success of customers, partners,
    peers and team(s)
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker/implementer
  • Motivation to continuously expand personal professional
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging
