Head of Alternative Channels (архив)

Our client is a major commercial foreign bank is looking for a professional Head of alternative sales and service channels for its Retail part  to implement  Bank’s distribution and customer service strategy:

  

 Main functions are:

 

  • Develop strategy for alternative distribution and customer service channels such as Internet, mobile-, telephone- banking);
  • Enhance current activity, effectiveness and profitability of each channel;
  • Coordination of liaison with appropriate Bank’s departments involved in the process, such as IT,  Operations, Product, etc. ;
  • Ongoing monitoring and control for the adequate channels’ activity;
  • Provision of sales targets’ achievement enquiring new to bank clients through the channels covered;
  • Build up a department, recruit and train its staff members, assign tasks and control its’ fulfillment appropriately;

  

Requirements:

 

  • Higher Education
  • Strong project manager with profound experience in development, implementation and actual sales through alternative channels;
  • 3 years experience in retail banking alternative distribution;
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • PC profound skills
